I wasn't sure about this place when I first arrived, but it is proving to be quite fascinating. I almost don't mind losing some of my abilities [Or, rather, the intensity of them.] in order to meet those I never thought I would [More like: "could meet".].

If Luceti really is located in another dimension, it makes me wonder how many other dimensions there might be. Of course visiting them and keeping a tally would probably be a nightmare, but it is interesting to think about.

Yes, but they're really no match for Magic. Most of the Death Eaters are quite...talented, unfortunately.

A trained sniper, at least. I've found that trained, mundane humans can be quite dangerous, even to the most skilled of Jedi, or Wizards, I'm sure. Its all a matter of catching us by surprise.

But they would have to have knowledge of where they might strike beforehand. Besides, all Wizards and Witches in my world can Apparate in the blink of an eye. Under those circumstances, it would have to be a very talented sniper.

The Malnosso sometimes conscript us to fight for them, in drafts. And before you arrived, they sent a raiding party to locate a hidden individual within the village. I've had to fight here, yes.

A...hidden individual? How were they hiding themselves? [It's like the war all over again. She should've expected it, but it's depressing.]

We, the residents here, were hiding him, actually. Any building not made by the Malnosso they cannot spy into.

Why did you have to hide him in the first place? [She files that last tidbit away for use later.]

There are different factions among the Malnosso. The man in question was driven into the enclosure by another faction. He'd been involved with the Luceti enclosure in the past, and our line of thinking was the 'rancor you know is better than the gundark you don't.'

[She tilts her head, her eyes narrowing faintly. She thinks she understands, but -]

Gundark?

Ah, right. Alien fauna, about three meters tall and highly aggressive. Like a...Gorilla, but able to shrug off blaster fire and tear apart a tank.

[Her eyes widen. Whoa.]

Uh, no. They aren't sentient, and I'm not sure they can be brought in easily.
